After submitting a remote support request, depending on the nature of the request, you will receive a quote for the work to be carried out. This will be sent to you via email.
- Locate email from atmail support and click the link within.
- Please enter your atmail ID and password to login to the customer portal.
- Go to Remote Support.
- Select to accept or reject quote.
Please provide a credit card for payment of the remote support request. Your card will not be charged until all work has been completed.
- Once quote has been accepted, please inform atmail support via your ticket for the support request. atmail staff will then perform the remote request ASAP or at a pre determined time.
