How do I accept a remote support request quote?

After submitting a remote support request, depending on the nature of the request, you will receive a quote for the work to be carried out. This will be sent to you via email. 

  1. Locate email from atmail support and click the link within. 

  2. Please enter your atmail ID and password to login to the customer portal.

  3. Go to Remote Support.

  4. Select to accept or reject quote.

  5. Please provide a credit card for payment of the remote support request. Your card will not be charged until all work has been completed.

  6. Once quote has been accepted, please inform atmail support via your ticket for the support request. atmail staff will then perform the remote request ASAP or at a pre determined time.
