|How can I purchase atmail?||You can purchase directly through our Online Store. Large user licenses can be quoted and purchased by contacting our sales team.|
|If I purchase online, will you send me an invoice?||After the purchase you can login to our customer portal using your login details to review your quotes and invoices.|
|Could you send me a detailed quote via email including the service and support you offer and the expiry date of service?||Yes. We can send you individualised quotes. You can also create your own individual quote and check the expiry dates of your license and support through our online store.|
|How can I pay for my license? (Payment options)||We accept payment online via credit card (preferred) when using Visa and Mastercard. Payments using American Express will be done using manual processing and by prior arrangement. Bank transfers are available for transactions greater than USD $ 1,000.|
|Is the price of atmail a one-time cost, or a subscription based?||atmail cloud licenses are purchased as monthly subscription.

|Do you offer an evaluation license?||You can experience the atmail cloud offer using our 14 day evaluation license.|
|Can we add more mailboxes to our license after we purchase?||For atmail cloud simply add users via your web admin login.|
|Can all the atmail logos be removed if I want my customers to see only my own branding?||Yes. It is possible to rebrand atmail via your WebAdmin interface.|
|Which version of atmail will I get when using atmail cloud?||atmail cloud provides full atmail 7 Pro functionality. You can enable and disable features per user account as you see fit.|
|What is the send limit in atmail cloud? Is it possible to extend the send limit?||atmail limits outbound emails in line with industry standards. atmail limits emails to 100 external recipients per email sent.|
|Can I use atmail cloud just for myself?||Yes, but because we have a minimum number of 50 users, you need to purchase 50 users (which will give you a lot more storage, 10GB per user account).
So if you use it just for yourself you will get 500GB storage)
|Is there an easy way to transfer mail, calendar and contacts from another service all at once?||Please contact our sales team to enquire about professional services atmail offers to assist with migration.

|Can I forward addresses that have their mx records pointed to atmail cloud, but not their own email boxes?||Yes, to do so please go to atmail cloud webmail > settings > mail options > enable forward/forward mail.|
|How can I restore an accidentally deleted account, or deleted messages?||atmail manages the cloud infrastructure and environment for you. Please contact Client Services for assistance with restoring email.
Please let us know as soon as possible, as we may not be able to restore messages after 7 days. This may incur a cost.
|Can I use filters to have an email forwarded to an email inside and/or outside our domain?||No. Such filters only move messages between folders.|
|I would like to have several separate domain names with different numbers of users. Is this possible with atmail cloud?||You may configure as many domain names as you like within your WebAdmin interface.|
|How much email storage is available on atmail cloud?||10GB per user is provided with the atmail cloud.|
|Is there any limitations on the number of simultaneous connections with atmail cloud?||Yes there is a limitation of 40 connections to the server from one IP address.|
|Can I stop the "Email sent via atmail" message from appearing?||This message can be edited by navigating to WebAdmin > My Account > Custom Branding > Footer Message.|
|Is it possible to exceed the 10GB limit per inbox?||Yes, you can get more than 10GB per inbox.
For example, you have 5 users and you need 20GB storage for each inbox. That means you need 100GB storage in total. All you need to do is buy 10 users (10GB each).
Now you can log into your Admin to change each of the 5 quota to 20GB.
|Does atmail support Windows clients?||Yes, most Windows email clients can connect directly to atmail's IMAP/POP3 server. Outlook users can synchronize Calendars and Contacts using a third party plugin such as Outlook CalDav Synchronizer, and Thunderbird/Mozilla users can connect their Contact and Calendar clients directly to atmails CalDAV/CardDAV server. The Webmail UI is supported under Windows, IE8+.|
|Does atmail support Mac OS X clients?||Yes, OS X Mail users can connect directly to atmail's IMAP/POP3 server, and connect native Apple Calendar and Contacts clients directly to atmail's CalDAV/CardDAV server.|
|Does atmail support iOS clients?||Yes, iOS Mail users can connect directly to atmail's IMAP/POP3 server, and connect their iCal and Address Book clients directly to atmail's CalDAV/CardDAV server. atmail also provides iOS Provisioning support, optional Exchange ActiveSync support, and a Mobile UI.|
|Does atmail support Android clients?||Yes, Android users can connect directly to atmail's IMAP/POP3, CalDAV, and CardDAV servers to synchronize email, Calendars and Contacts with the atmail server. Android users can also use the optional Exchange ActiveSync support and Mobile UI.|
|Does atmail support BlackBerry clients?||atmail does not test against, or support, Blackberry devices, however we've received feedback that modern Blackberry devices have worked very well on our platform using IMAP/POP, CalDAV and CardDAV. We also offer Exchange ActiveSync licensing for compatible devices.|
|Does atmail support Calendar Invitations to external email addresses?||Yes, atmail 7 includes calendar invitation support, invitations are sent via email as an ICS attachment.|
|Can the Outlook or atmail Sync Connector synchronize shared Calendars or Contacts?||Not at this time, but this is being considered for future development.|
|Does ActiveSync support HTML email?||Yes, since the atmail 7.02 release HTML ActiveSync is now supported.|
|Does atmail support mailing-lists?||atmail offers limited support for small mailing-lists; see our Knowledge Base article for configuration instructions. Note however, that if you'll need features like list or subscription management, in-depth email campaign tracking, or other advanced mailing-list functions, you'll want to integrate atmail with a dedicated mailing-list solution.|
