  • Webmail Only Installations: Version 7.0 > Current Version

CAUSE

RESOLUTION

This guide will take you through the steps to use your Atmail account with the Atmail Mobile User Interface.

Login Page

Browsing to your default Atmail login page on a mobile device will redirect you to the Mobile UI login page.

Enter your username and password as you would on the default WebMail login page. On login, you will be taken to your inbox.

Email Help

Folder Navigation

Click onto Menu > Folders to see a list of your folders.

Click onto the folder you wish to load.

Reading messages

To read a message, just click the message preview in the folder you are viewing.

Message reply

To reply to a message, just click the 'Actions' tab in the top right corner, then select 'Reply'.

Search Mail

In order to search through your emails, use the 'Search Email' feature at the top of the interface.

Contacts Help

Adding new contacts

To add a new contact, click the "New Contact" button and type the contact's information in the appropriate fields. You can add optional information using the "More Information" menu. Click the "Save Contact" button to save the contact.

Adding a new group

Click the "Edit" and then the "+" button to create a new Address-Book group. You can add contacts to groups by dragging their names from the contact list in the middle pane to the group's folder in the left pane.

Calendar Help

Navigating the calendar

Adding a new event

You can add a new event by double-clicking on the schedule in the right pane, or click-and-drag your mouse cursor over the schedule to select a block of time for your event. You can also drag-and-drop the buttons at the top and bottom of the event's schedule to change the scheduled time. The new event will be created in the calendar that's currently highlighted in the left pane; the schedule in the right pane displays events from all calendars whose check-box is checked.

Editing an event

Click an event to edit it. Enter the appropriate subject, time, date, reminder time, location, and other information for the event, then click "Save" to save your changes.
