PROBLEM
I want to create custom iOS configuration profiles for my users.
ENVIRONMENT
- On-Premise Server + WebMail Installations: Version 6.0 > Current Version
- Webmail Only Installations: Version 6.0 > Current Version
CAUSE
Custom iOS profiles requirement.
RESOLUTION
The iPhone Configuration Utility lets you easily create, maintain, encrypt, and install configuration profiles, track and install provisioning profiles and authorized applications, and capture device information including console logs.
Configuration profiles are XML files that contain device security policies, VPN configuration information, Wi-Fi settings, APN settings, Exchange account settings, mail settings, and certificates that permit iPhone and iPod touch to work with your enterprise systems.
This guide will take you through how it can be used with Atmail.

Setting Up Mail + CalDAV Profile
Setup an iPhone or iPod touch Mail and CalDAV profile for imap mail and CalDAV calendar access.
Create new Atmail user
Click 'New User' to create a new email account. Specify the new user's details in the appropriate fields, using the green ”+” (plus sign) and red ”-” (minus sign) buttons to add or remove fields as needed. Fields marked with an asterisk “*” are required. You can toggle optional fields using the “More Information” drop-down box. Click the “Create User” button when finished.
Note: A new user is not required. You can setup iPhone profile using pre-existing accounts.
