PROBLEM
How can I setup an auto/vacation/out of office reply on my account?
ENVIRONMENT
- atmail cloud
CAUSE
Need to setup auto reply messages.
RESOLUTION
- First login to your webmail account and go to Settings > Mail settings and locate
- This setting allows for configuration of subject, message, start and stop date for auto reply messages. Enable this functionality by clicking the slider into the enabled position
. The variables can then be populated as you desire. Below is an example of how this feature can be used. Remember to save your settings.

Automated replies will only send once per day per sender.
