How do I use the options available in my mail settings?

Mail settings can be used to customise your email experience to your needs and requirements. The follow options will be explored in this document:
- Quota used
- Mark Email as Read
- Email rules
- Manage spam
- Automatically forward emails to other email addresses.
- Send an automated reply to incoming emails
- Identities & signatures
- Manage folders
Mail settings can be found by clicking the settings cog within your webmail and then Mail on the left hand side of your display.
Displays the amount of quota available for your account. The below example shows 147MB out of 13GB being used.
Mark email as read
This is set to 2 seconds by default which determines that mail will be marked as read 2 seconds after opening it. If you close the email before the defined period, the mail will remain unread.
As seen above, you can set this to Manually. When this is selected, mail will remain in an unread status until you explicitly mark it as read.

Automatically forward emails to other email addresses
This feature allows you to forward all mail to another account. As advised in the webmail interface "Please note, activating this feature will forward emails without storing them".
- To enable this functionality, click the slider into the enabled position as seen below.
- Once enabled, you can then define email address you wish to forward to. Multiple address must be separated by a new line as seen below. Remember to store your settings by clicking .
Send an automated reply to incoming emails
This setting allows for configuration of subject, message, start and stop date for auto reply messages. Enable this functionality by clicking the slider into the enabled position . The variables can then be populated as you desire. Below is an example of how this feature can be used. Remember to save your settings.
