Marking Emails as Spam

This fight against spam is an ever lasting battle. Spammers are always trying to find new ways around spam filters, and as such, sometimes you will still receive spam emails into your inbox. When you receive and email that should be moved too your spam folder, you can mark the email as spam in a couple of ways.

  1. Report as spam button

When viewing an email, you will find a button at the top of the email to report it as spam.

  2. Bulk reporting spam

Marking Emails as Not Spam

As above, because spam is ever changing, sometimes you will receive valid emails into your spam folder. When you receive and email that should not have been moved to your spam folder, you can mark the email as not spam in a couple of ways.

  1. Report as NOT spam button

When viewing an email within your spam folder, you will find a button at the top of the email to report it as not spam.
